Jackson Lewis partner Edwin G. Foulke, Jr., resident in the firm's Washington D. C. and Greenville, South Carolina offices, is serving as an advisor to the U. S. Department of Labor's Transition Policy Group under the new Bush Administration. Ed heads the firm's workplace health and safety practice group and has specialized in all matters related to labor and employment law for over 20 years. The Transition Policy Group is the point of contact for all policy matters related to the DOL's transition under the new Administration. From 1990 to 1995, Ed served as chairman of the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission under former President Bush.
