Kseniya Zilberman

Kseniya Zilberman is an associate in the White Plains, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Kseniya partners closely with employers to understand every facet of their operations, building enduring relationships grounded in dedicated, detail driven advocacy.

Whether providing proactive counsel or crafting solutions to workplace conflicts, Kseniya is dedicated to advancing clients’ long term business goals. A former news reporter in Russia, she brings a strong foundation in fact finding and storytelling to her legal practice and leverages these skills in court to secure favorable outcomes for employers. Kseniya represents organizations in single plaintiff litigation involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, and has particular experience defending employers against ADA Title III claims related to website accessibility.  She also advises employers on preventative workplace policies and practices, emphasizing due diligence and risk mitigation.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Kseniya served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable David F. Bauman of the New Jersey Superior Court, Monmouth County, where she refined her understanding of litigation nuances.  She previously worked in the healthcare and medical billing industry, gaining insight into the technicalities and operational challenges specific to that sector. 

While attending law school, Kseniya was an executive editor for the Pace Law Review.
