Zachary Halpern

Zachary Halpern is an associate in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in a variety of workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling. Zach has broad litigation experience in state and federal court involving claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, federal and state whistleblower law, and other employment-related statutes. 

While in law school, he held an honors clerkship in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He also served as a staff editor on Temple Law Review and interned at the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office. Prior to law school, he taught high school English.
