Claudia E. Murga

Claudia E. Murga is an associate in the San Diego, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Claudia strongly believes in fostering client relationships based on collaboration and proactive communication focused on maintaining her clients actively engaged throughout their case. Claudia’s goal and commitment is to always deliver excellent service and build trusting and lasting relationships with her clients.

Claudia has conducted investigations on a range of claims, including allegations of workplace misconduct, discrimination, harassment, hostile work environment, and retaliation. Her experience includes advising employers on the implementation of management training programs designed to mitigate the risk and cost of litigation.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Claudia worked at an insurance defense firm focused on defending businesses and individuals from personal injury claims. While practicing insurance defense, Claudia assisted with the successful defense of various personal injury lawsuits requesting significant monetary damages at trial. Following a major defense verdict, Claudia continued to zealously advocate for her client and successfully opposed Plaintiff’s Motion for New Trial.

As a San Diego native, Claudia takes pride in giving back to the community where she was raised, serving as Secretary of the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association, spending time with family and childhood friends, and taking her energetic schnauzer to the dog park.
