Carly Spielberger

Carly Spielberger is an associate in the New York City, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Carly represents employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. Carly also has experience conducting sensitive internal investigations and counseling employers on personnel matters.

During law school, Carly was President of the Labor and Employment Law Association and served as an Articles Editor for the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law.
