Elise G. Dvorochkin

Elise Dvorochkin is an associate in the Silicon Valley, California office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Elise began her legal career at a civil litigation firm where her practice focused primarily on personal injury and products liability cases in the restaurant and hospitality industries. Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Elise was an associate attorney at a national employment firm where she worked on a variety of employment matters.

Her vast experience in general civil litigation, as well as employment litigation, has helped Elise develop her practice to cover a full range of employment litigiation issues, including harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and class action/PAGA matters.
