
Kimberly B. McNulty
Kimberly B. McNulty is an associate in the Omaha, Nebraska, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. A dedicated advocate for employers, Kim devotes her practice exclusively to the representation of management in litigation and the resolution of employment disputes.
Kim represents employers before federal and state courts throughout the Midwest and before administrative agencies at the federal, state, and local level. In addition to her litigation practice, Kim counsels and advocates on behalf of employers on a range of workplace issues.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Kim practiced in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where she represented businesses and individuals in all stages of complex commercial litigation and represented individuals in consumer protection and employment misclassification litigation. Kim’s experience includes representing the State of Minnesota in its litigation against e-cigarette manufacturers for deceptive trade practices and targeting Minnesota’s youth where Minnesota achieved a $60.5 million settlement.
Kim began her career as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Matthew E. Johnson of the Minnesota Court of Appeals. While in law school, she was the Lead Articles Editor for the South Dakota Law Review and a member of the Trial Team.
Kim enjoys classical dance, the arts, and traveling, and, most of all, spending time with her husband and two kids.
