
Madelyn Foster
Madelyn Foster is an associate in the St. Louis, Missouri, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventative advice and counseling.
Madelyn began her career with Jackson Lewis while still in law school, joining the team as a Summer Associate, gaining valuable experience that she leverages in her practice today. Madelyn graduated cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law. Recognized for her advocacy and negotiation skills, she placed in four consecutive trial advocacy competitions, including taking the title home for the National Ethics Trial Competition. She was also selected as the intraschool champion and regional finalist of the American Bar Association Negotiation competition.
Outside of the classroom, Madelyn externed at the Champaign County State’s Attorney’s Office, where she represented the state in traffic and misdemeanor cases, including during a successful bench trial, under an Illinois Rule 7/11 Student Attorney’s License.
