Sara Y. Lucas

Sara Y. Lucas is an associate in the Baltimore, Maryland, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Sara handles high-stakes employment litigation, trials, and investigations for major institutions and corporations in both state and federal trial and appellate courts, and before federal and local administrative agencies. She represents a wide range of clients, including health care institutions, higher education institutions, government contractors, restaurant groups, and retailers, among others. She utilizes her broad range of litigation experiences to successfully litigate cases from inception to verdict, handling all stages of litigation. 

Prior to entering practice, Sara clerked for the Honorable Douglas R.M. Nazarian at the Maryland Appellate Court.
