Traci Kranse headshot

Traci Krasne is an associate in the New York City office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Understanding the disruption that litigation can have on business operations and the attendant risk, Traci is committed to offering proactive and practical solutions to ensure the right balance of workplace stability and legal compliance for employers.

Traci handles cases in federal and state court and before the administrative agencies that regulate employer-employee relationships, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights and the New York City Commission on Human Rights. As part of her practice, Traci works with employers to conduct workplace investigations, with an eye toward resolution in advance of a complaint being filed.

Traci’s prior experience at the Labor and Employment Division of the New York City Law Department and in the employment practice of a national law firm combine to provide her with additional insights she can leverage on behalf of employers she represents. Traci has also practiced as a staff attorney in the Tenant Defense Unit of the Legal Aid Society.
