Elliot R. Wilson is an associate in the San Diego office of Jackson Lewis P.C. When it comes to representing employers, Elliot spends each day leveraging his collective experience to achieve a workplace law hat trick: helping employers maintain multi-jurisdictional compliance, resolve employment disputes efficiently and effectively, and protect their business's growth and profitability.

Elliot's litigation practice focuses on defending employers in wage and hour class actions, providing business-sensible strategies that consider long-term goals. As a corollary to his litigation practice, Elliot performs wage and hour compliance reviews and advises on workforce policies, seeking to avoid costly litigation in the first instance in a dynamic regulatory environment. As a San Diego native, Elliot takes pride in serving California businesses—no matter the size or sector—in San Diego and throughout the state, especially those most impacted by the state’s particularly rigorous wage and hour laws.
