Michael Luchsinger
Michael Luchsinger is of counsel in the Chicago, Illinois, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.
Michael takes great pride in his role as a trusted advisor to employers. He understands and strongly believes in transparent communication with his clients as he guides them through oftentimes difficult situations. At every stage of this process, the value and reputation of the client's business is top of mind for Michael. Whether he is in the middle of litigation or taking steps to avoid it, Michael ensures that he has the client's trust by both maintaining a regular dialogue and providing the highest level of legal expertise.
Michael regularly represents employers in matters involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, FMLA, ADA, ADEA, and FLSA. He practices before the EEOC, Illinois Department of Human Rights, as well as state and federal courts in Illinois and Wisconsin.
