Margaret Zwicharowski is an associate in the Charlotte, North Carolina, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Maggie represents employers in a wide array of employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination.  

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Maggie was an associate a national law firm representing and advising employers in employment law matters. She represented clients in all stages of litigation in matters related to harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and breach of contract. Maggie also has experience representing employees as an associate at a boutique law firm. This experience uniquely positions her to assist corporate clients at all stages of the employment litigation process.  

During law school, Maggie served the community as a legal intern at the Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Project, where she gained valuable experience servicing client needs. When she is not in the office, Maggie can be found frequenting any dog friendly establishments with her husband and two dogs.
