Jessica Davidson-Lujan
Jessica Davidson-Lujan is an associate in the San Diego, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Jessica is a civil litigator with broad experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex disputes across California state and federal courts. Her background includes high-exposure matters involving serious injury, professional liability, government liability, and regulatory claims. She brings experience from both sides of the aisle, which informs her practical and strategic approach to risk assessment and case resolution.
Before joining Jackson Lewis, Jessica co-led a high-value and complex litigation team at a nationally recognized California trial firm. In that role, she managed a diverse docket of civil matters by developing litigation strategies, leading mediation efforts, and negotiating favorable outcomes for her clients. She now brings that practical, trial-oriented perspective to her work representing employers and businesses in workplace-related litigation.
Jessica earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law. She is fluent in Spanish and active in the legal and larger San Diego community. She has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch, Super Lawyers Rising Stars, and the San Diego Business Journal’s 100 Women of Influence in Law.
Outside of work, Jessica lives in North County San Diego with her husband and daughter — a budding gymnast whose competitions keep the whole family busy. Originally from Texas and Arizona, respectively, Jessica and her husband traded desert heat for coastal breezes but still enjoy occasional road-tripping through the Southwest to stay connected to their roots.
