Karma O. Farra

Karma O. Farra is an associate in the New York City, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including litigation and preventive advice and counseling. Karma’s employment litigation practice is primarily dedicated to defending employers against claims of discrimination and retaliation under federal, state, and city law, as well as alleged violations of the New York Labor Law and breach of contract claims. 

Karma’s experience also includes experience in commercial litigation, as well as white collar defense and investigations, with experience representing corporate clients in connection with investigations and enforcement actions by various federal and state agencies.
