Katherine Chenail

Katherine Chenail is an associate in the Boston, Massachusetts, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Kat works with clients in a variety of industries regarding employment discrimination and wage and hour issues. Kat has defended employers in litigation in state and federal courts and routinely represents employers in administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.

After graduating from law school, Kat clerked for Justice Amy Lyn Blake at the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
