Lea Patricia L. Francisco is of counsel in the Riverside, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Lea has been a civil litigation defense attorney since 2011, defending clients in state and federal courts from inception through dispositive motions and trial. 

Lea has served as lead counsel on employment cases, representing employers on a wide range of employment matters, including single- and multi-plaintiff claims of employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, as well as wage and hour violations. She has also advised non-profit organizations and small businesses on day-to-day employment issues, including wage and hour compliance, employee discipline and discharge, leave issues, and disability accommodations. 

While in law school, Lea was a judicial extern for Justice Nathan D. Mihara at the Sixth District Court of Appeal. Lea also served as an Articles Editor for the Asian American Law Journal and assisted with the publication of Women and the Law Stories. Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, she supervised a large public entity's litigation unit, handling complex litigation and administrative public employment hearings. Lea is committed to providing high caliber legal services and enjoys helping clients navigate through challenges and reach appropriate, practical solutions.
