Serena A. Pendleton is an associate in the San Diego, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in a broad range of employment matters, including disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, whistleblower claims, and wage and hour issues under the California Labor Code and the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA). She has experience handling matters at all stages, from pre-litigation through litigation, and works closely with clients to navigate complex workplace issues and develop practical, effective strategies for resolution.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Serena practiced at a San Diego-based civil defense firm, where she represented public entities, including school districts and community college districts, in a wide array of matters involving negligence, personal injury, and employment-related disputes. Her experience also includes representing automobile insurance carriers and their insureds in personal injury matters.

Outside of her practice, Serena enjoys going to farmers markets, concerts, hot yoga, and spending time with friends and family, including her four-legged companion, Lexi.
