Kelicia D. Raya
Kelicia Raya is an associate in the New Orleans, Louisiana, office of Jackson Lewis P.C., where she helps employers navigate complex workplace issues with clarity, confidence, and strategic foresight. She represents companies of all sizes in employment litigation and partners with clients to develop proactive, practical solutions that reduce risk and support strong workplace cultures.

Before entering private practice, Kelicia clerked for the Honorable Ivan L.R. During law school, Kelicia distinguished herself as Managing Editor and Symposium Editor of the Maritime Law Journal and competed on the Jessup International Law Moot Court Team as both an oral advocate and brief writer.
