Julian Pardo de Zela
Julian Pardo de Zela is of counsel in the Silicon Valley, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He is a litigator whose practice focuses on representing employers in a wide array of matters, including but not limited to defending companies against claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, breach of contract, and wrongful termination.
Julian communicates regularly with his clients and always keeps the end-result in mind when developing a litigation strategy, taking into account the client’s business culture, objectives and risk tolerance, all of which is particularly critical when developing a tailored litigation strategy.
Julian earned his Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University School of Law, followed by a judicial clerkship that provides him with a unique perspective on the judicial process and how cases are evaluated from the bench.
