Brittney A. Nochimson
Brittney A. Nochimson is an associate in the Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace matters, including litigation and preventive advice and counseling.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Brittney worked at a national defense firm where she represented professionals and companies in a wide range of civil matters, including employment, malpractice, and healthcare disputes.
While in law school, Brittney served as the Senior Research Editor of George Mason Law Review. She also served as a remote judicial extern for the Hon. Ryan D. Nelson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Brittney was also selected to participate in her law school's National Security & Separation of Powers Study Abroad Program, where she had the honor of studying constitutional, administrative, and national security law under two justices of the United States Supreme Court, former members of the Intelligence Community, and Scalia Law faculty.
