Samantha Passanante

Samantha Passanante is an associate in the Hartford, Connecticut, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. where she is a member of the firm's litigation practice group. Samantha’s draw to employment work comes from the combination of business strategy, legal considerations, and counseling. She is committed to providing effective representation while building strong relationships with clients.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Samantha practiced as a general civil litigation attorney representing clients in state and federal court, as well as before administrative agencies. Her practice encompassed a broad range of matters, including commercial and business disputes, intellectual property matters, employment-related litigation and counseling, and state and federal appeals. She gained additional experience through in-house legal internships focused on commercial contracting, compliance, and global ethics matters. Samantha's diverse background has equipped her with an adaptable skill set and has allowed her to approach matters with a well-rounded perspective.

Samantha earned her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law. She served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Quinnipiac Law Review, a leadership role reflecting strong legal writing, analytical, and editorial abilities. During this time, Samantha received multiple academic and leadership awards.
