Shannen L. Campbell is an associate in the Orange County, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She represents employers in a wide range of workplace law matters. Drawing on her experience from both sides of employment disputes, Shannen brings a distinctive perspective to helping clients navigate complex legal challenges and develop practical solutions to workplace issues.

While attending the University of California, Irvine School of Law, Shannen served as an Associate Editor for both the UC Irvine Law Review and the UC Irvine Journal of International, Transnational, and Comparative Law. Before graduating, she spent a summer in Cambridge, Massachusetts, as a State Certified Student Attorney with Harvard Law School's Legal Aid Bureau. Working in the Bureau's Wage and Hour Department, she represented clients and conducted hearings in Boston Municipal Court.

That experience sparked Shannen's interest in employment law and led her to a plaintiff-side employment law boutique in Los Angeles, where she assisted with wage and hour matters, employment discrimination claims under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) and class action litigation.

Today, Shannen leverages the insights gained from her earlier experience representing employees to help employers anticipate challenges, manage risk, and resolve workplace disputes efficiently. She is committed to understanding each client's objectives and developing creative, business-focused strategies to address their employment law needs.
