Jenny V. Lee is an associate in the Chicago, Illinois, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She represents clients in a broad range of employment matters in federal and state court and before administrative agencies. Her practice focuses on employment litigation involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour matters, employment agreements, non-compete and non-solicitation provisions, contract disputes, labor relations, and other workplace claims.
In addition to her litigation practice, Jenny advises employers on employment-related issues and workplace best practices and conducts workplace investigations involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other employee complaints. She regularly counsels clients on litigation risk, compliance, employee discipline, employment policies, and other sensitive workplace matters, bringing a practical perspective informed by her experience handling disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Jenny practiced education law and served as a long-time educator and administrator in higher education, including as a Title IX administrator and civil rights investigator. Her extensive experience in education provides additional insight into complex institutional, employment, and civil rights matters. Jenny continues to maintain an active pro bono practice focused on issues related to immigration, education, elder care, and access to justice.
