Alan Gonzalez Hernandez is an associate in the Sacramento, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling and litigation.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Alan practiced civil litigation defense in the Sacramento region, where he represented businesses and other clients in a variety of complex civil matters. Through this work, Alan developed a broad litigation background, and experience handling matters through various stages of the litigation process. Alan also gained valuable jury trial experience, contributing to a favorable result on behalf of his client.

Alan is a proud “Double Aggie,” having earned both his undergraduate degree and Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis. During law school, he served as a board member of the Moot Court Honors Board and as Vice President of both the Business Law Association and the Latinx Law Student Association. In 2021, Alan was selected as a recipient of the Sacramento County Bar Association Fellowship Award.

A Bay Area native, Alan now calls Sacramento home. Outside of the office, he enjoys attending sporting events, playing golf, watching movies, exploring Sacramento’s restaurant scene, and spending time with his wife and their two cats.
