Brianna Sclafani is an associate in the Richmond, Virginia, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She represents employers in a variety of workplace disputes.

Brianna has experience defending employers against discrimination, retaliation, and harassment allegations and has litigated heavily in front of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Merit Systems Protection Board. She also worked with the Department of Justice on federal district court litigation and served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Brianna spent four years at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), most recently as a member of their Employment Law Unit. Throughout her time at the FBI, Brianna litigated both single plaintiff and complicated class action cases before several federal administrative agencies.

Brianna passionately and zealously represents her clients and has secured several favorable early decisions, settlements, and most recently a trial victory for one client.
