Mauricio Martinez

Mauricio Martinez is of counsel in the White Plains, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Mauricio has been practicing U.S. immigration law for over 15 years, with wide-ranging experience in employment-based immigration matters providing counsel to in-house client counsel, HR personnel, and foreign national employees. 

Mauricio counsels employers on temporary work visas and permanent residence matters, including H-1B, L-1, E-1/E-2, and O-1 petitions, as well as labor certification (PERM) applications and immigrant visa petitions in the EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 preference categories. He guides employers and foreign national employees through the immigration process, helping them navigate complex regulatory requirements while maintaining compliance and minimizing business disruption.
