Gina M. Maturi

Gina M. Maturi is an associate in the Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She represents employers in workplace disputes and litigation, focusing on practical strategies that align with her clients' legal and business objectives.

Gina represents employers in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other workplace claims. Her practice includes all phases of litigation, from early case assessment through resolution. She also represents employers before administrative agencies and advises clients on addressing and handling workplace issues.

Gina began her legal career as a paralegal, and later a law clerk, giving her the opportunity to work in litigation for many years prior to becoming an attorney. During that time, she worked extensively with management-side employment attorneys on a variety of different legal matters and that experience now informs her work as an employment litigator.

Outside of the office, Gina enjoys spending time with her four children and can usually be found on football and softball field sidelines cheering them on.
