Patrick V. Marsh is an associate in the Los Angeles, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Patrick advises and represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters, helping clients navigate complex workplace issues and achieve practical business objectives. 

His practice includes providing day-to-day advice and counsel on traditional labor matters, interactive process and accommodation issues, workplace investigations, and employment-related disputes. He works closely with employers to develop proactive strategies that mitigate risk, promote compliance, and support effective workforce management.

Patrick's experience includes representing management in both the private and public sectors, including public entities and public safety agencies. He counsels employers on labor relations, personnel matters, disciplinary issues, workplace policies, and litigation risk, while also assisting clients through administrative proceedings and employment litigation. Patrick has experience defending employers in class action wage and hour and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) matters, as well as single-plaintiff employment disputes. Drawing on his litigation background, he works to develop practical, cost-effective solutions aligned with each client's operational goals.

Before joining Jackson Lewis, Patrick served as a prosecutor, where he handled complex investigations and prosecutions as a member of the Insurance Fraud and White-Collar Crimes units. This experience sharpened his investigative, analytical, and advocacy skills and provides valuable perspective when advising employers on high-stakes workplace issues, internal investigations, and litigation strategy. Patrick approaches each matter with a pragmatic, client-focused perspective and is committed to delivering responsive, business-oriented legal counsel.
