Jackson Lewis Adds Litigator Craig M. Borowski in Indianapolis
INDIANAPOLIS (Sept. 28, 2026) — Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Craig M. Borowski has joined the firm’s Indianapolis office as a principal. Craig has more than 20 years of experience advising employers and defending workplace-related litigation nationwide. He joins Jackson Lewis from Littler, where he was a shareholder.
“Craig is a seasoned trial lawyer and trusted counselor with a demonstrated ability to help employers address workplace issues before they become disputes and defend them effectively when litigation arises,” said Alison L. Weisbrod, co-leaders of Jackson Lewis’ Employment Litigation group, in a joint statement. “His experience across jurisdictions, industries and forums will be an immediate asset to clients and further strengthen our national litigation capabilities.”
Craig represents employers in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies in matters involving discrimination, retaliation, leave and accommodation, discipline, discharge and other workplace claims. He has litigated more than 250 cases in more than 20 states, including jury trials, appeals and multiparty litigation. His experience includes defending an Equal Employment Opportunity Commission pattern-or-practice lawsuit and a multiplaintiff discrimination and retaliation action against a Fortune 500 company.
In addition to his litigation practice, Craig has defended employers against more than 300 charges before the EEOC and state and local administrative agencies and represented employers in numerous labor arbitrations. Earlier in his career at Littler, Craig served as managing shareholder of the firm’s Indianapolis office.
Craig also works with employers to prevent disputes through policy and practice development, employee handbook preparation and revision, internal investigations and day-to-day advice on personnel matters. He regularly provides management and employee relations training designed to offer practical guidance and strengthen workforce practices.

Craig earned his J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and his B.S. from Indiana University.
