Kristin C. Choi is an associate in the Los Angeles, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Kristin represents a wide array of employers spanning multiple industries and is committed to developing tailored solutions best suited for each client’s unique needs using the comprehensive litigation skills she has developed over the years.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, P.C., Kristin worked at preeminent civil defense firms, achieving notable litigation success in professional liability matters in state, federal, and appellate courts, representing attorneys, judges, insurance agents and brokers, accountants, appraiser, real estate agents, and other professionals. Kristin also obtained favorable results for national big-box retailers in matters involving toxic torts, personal injury, and premises liability issues.  

Kristin’s expansive litigation experience, inclusive of motion practice, all phases of discovery, mediation and settlement negotiations, trial, and appeal, makes her a valuable ally and litigator for her clients.

While in law school, Kristin committed to honing her advocacy skills by participating in various moot court competitions, ultimately securing regional and national finalist titles in the National Moot Court Competition and Evan A. Evans Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition.
