
Stephanie E. Marshall
Stephanie handles all aspects of employment law litigation including claims of harassment and discrimination on the basis of gender, pregnancy, age, race, religion, national origin and disability, as well as wrongful discharge, FMLA, CEPA, and retaliation claims. Stephanie regularly represents employers in federal and state court, and administrative agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights.
While attending law school, Stephanie interned in the legal department of the United States Department of Homeland Security and was a 2019 scholarship recipient for the Garden State Bar Association.
Before entering private practice, Stephanie served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Michael E. Hubner, J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
