Michelle Choe

Michelle Choe is an associate in the Los Angeles, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Michelle is a member of the firm’s Immigration practice group. She advises clients on all aspects of processing immigrant and nonimmigrant visas and has broad experience in labor certifications and permanent residency processes.

Coming from a family of immigrants, Michelle became interested in immigration law after observing the complexities associated with the process. She has extensive experience assisting clients specifically in the technology industry, from start-ups to multinational corporations, obtaining visas and green cards for their foreign employees. She also has hands-on experience in family-based immigration.
