Aidan C. Falk is an associate in the Chicago, Illinois, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.
Aidan understands that litigation can be stressful, and with a pragmatic and strategic approach to litigation she works closely with clients from early case assessment through discovery (including written discovery and depositions), motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. She has experience handling cases in both state and federal courts; in mediation; and in administrative agencies such as the EEOC and Illinois Department of Human Rights.
Prior to joining the firm, Aidan worked at a Chicago-based firm that focused on Education Law. There she represented educational institutions in litigation and client matters involving student rights, Title IX, and investigations. She earned her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and her B.A. from the University of Michigan. During law school, Aidan was a member of the ABA Negotiation Team and received a certificate in Trial Advocacy.
Outside of work, Aidan enjoys being outside with her dog, running, volunteering at PAWS, and rooting for the New York Yankees and Michigan Wolverines.
