Alexandra Buroz Morales
Alexandra Buroz Morales is an Associate in the Miami office of Jackson Lewis P.C., where she represents employers in workplace matters, including pre-litigation claims, litigation, and day-to-day advice and counseling. She is a people person who thrives on connection, collaboration, and advocacy. Alexandra is drawn to employment law because of its focus on human interactions and the opportunity to help clients navigate workplace challenges with empathy and strategic insight.
Born in Venezuela and raised in Miami, Florida, Alexandra earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Northeastern University in 2022, graduating cum laude. She received her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2025, also graduating cum laude. During law school, she was a Dean’s Merit Scholarship recipient and earned multiple academic honors, including the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement Award in Legal Communication and Research and the Director’s Book Award for Excellence in Litigation Skills. She was also named to the Dean’s List and completed over 100 hours of pro bono service as a HOPE Pro Bono Challenge Finisher.
While in law school, Alexandra gained practical experience through her work with the Immigration Clinic and as a legal extern at Bacardi, where she supported in-house counsel on a range of corporate legal matters. In the summer of 2024, she joined Jackson Lewis as a Summer Associate and discovered her passion for employment law and the firm’s people-centered approach.
