Allison De La Riva is an associate in the Orange County, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. where she represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law.

Allison's practice focuses on representing employers in single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage-and-hour violations, and other employment-related claims. Allison has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, mediations, arbitration, and trial. 

In addition to litigating labor and employment matters at the state and federal level, Allison has experience representing employers before various administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Civil Rights Department, Public Employment Relations Board, and Office of Administrative Hearings. By and through her skill, strategy, and staunch commitment to serving her clients and protecting their interests, Allison has secured many victories for private and public entity employers at the state, federal, and administrative level. Beyond litigation, Allison provides strategic advice and counseling to her clients to mitigate the risk of costly and time-consuming litigation.

Allison received her J.D. from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law and her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
