Allison P. Chebuhar

Allison “Ally” P. Chebuhar is an associate in the Atlanta, Georgia, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She focuses her practice on representing employers in workplace law matters, including litigation and preventive advice and counseling. 

Ally has experience in representing management in various types of employment disputes, including wrongful termination cases in state and federal court in Georgia. She is versed in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery and corresponding motions, and preparing for depositions and mediations. 

While in law school, Ally served as a judicial extern for the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C., was the notes and comments editor for The Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property, and served as president and president emeritus of The Federalist Society. Having a strong interest in the legal industry during her undergraduate studies, Ally also interned at the Cobb County Superior Court for the Hon. A. Gregory Poole.
