Anthony Judice is an associate in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Anthony practiced for more than a decade in a national law firm in Pittsburgh and several highly regarded regional firms. During this time, he developed substantial experience managing both litigation and transactional matters for a diverse client base ranging from local businesses to national corporations. He has represented corporate clients before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and the American Arbitration Association in a wide range of employment-related matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and claims arising under the FMLA, ADA, ADEA, and Title VII, as well as wrongful termination, constructive discharge, independent contractor classification, breach of employment contracts, and wage and hour disputes.

Anthony also regularly counsels company leadership and human resources professionals on employee relations issues, including discipline and termination, employee leave matters, and the development and implementation of workplace policies. In addition, he has extensive experience drafting employment agreements, employee handbook provisions, and restrictive covenant agreements, including non-competition, confidentiality, and non-solicitation provisions.

Through this experience, Anthony has developed a practical, solutions-oriented approach, working closely with clients to identify efficient and effective strategies tailored to their specific needs.

Anthony is active in the legal community and serves on the council of the Labor and Employment Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association.
