Ashley Rae Everett

Ashley Rae Everett is an associate in the Minneapolis, Minnesota, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She represents employers of all sizes across the United States in a broad range of workplace law matters.

Ashley Rae's practice focuses on employment litigation, particularly claims involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and whistleblower allegations. She provides practical, strategic guidance to help employers navigate complex workplace issues and develop compliant workplace policies and solutions. 

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Ashley Rae practiced at a national Am Law 100 firm, where she handled a broad spectrum of employment-related matters. She has secured multiple complete dismissals of claims against her clients, including retaliation, discrimination, and whistleblower actions through motions to dismiss and summary judgment. She also assisted a trial team in obtaining a complete defense verdict in a harassment, retaliation, and discrimination lawsuit and helped a large Minnesota nonprofit secure dismissal of discrimination and retaliation claims.

Ashley Rae is admitted to practice in Minnesota state and federal courts. Earlier in her career, she served as a judicial law clerk in Minnesota state court.
