Bianca E. Carvajal
Bianca E. Carvajal is an associate in the Riverside, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Bianca was a litigation associate at various national firms where she gained a broad range of legal experience and represented both public and private clients in their business disputes, personal injury, tort, and litigation matters.
Bianca graduated magna cum laude from the University of La Verne College of Law. While in law school, Bianca enjoyed serving as the chief articles editor for the La Verne Law Review and the president of the Latino Law Students Association. She also interned at the Immigration Center for Women and Children and the Alliance for Children’s Rights. Finally, Bianca earned CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in civil procedure, negotiation, trial advocacy, immigration law, community property, contemporary issues in civil rights and transactional workshop and a National Order of Scribes Award for Excellence in Legal Writing.
