Bouchra M. Danielkebir
Bouchra M. Danielkebir is an associate in the Boston, Massachusetts, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Drawing on her background as an Investigator for a Massachusetts government agency, Bouchra partners with employers to craft best practices and policies for legally compliant workplaces, and if necessary, effectively defends organizations in employment litigation.
Bouchra previously served as Investigator for the Massachusetts Human Resources Division’s Center of Expertise (COE), the statewide office responsible for conducting internal investigations into workplace disputes involving public-sector employees. This experience gives Bouchra a distinct advantage in her management-side practice: she understands how a lawful, defensible internal investigation must be structured, the common pitfalls that lead to liability, and how investigative records are scrutinized in litigation. Bouchra leverages this insight to advise organizations on investigations and legal-risk management, emphasizing proactivity.
In addition to counseling employers, Bouchra defends organizations against claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour issues.
During law school, Bouchra honed her litigation skills through hands-on advocacy in the Children’s Health & Education Clinic and the Immigration Clinic. In the Immigration Clinic, she secured relief under the Convention Against Torture for a detained client and successfully obtained her client’s release from ICE custody through comprehensive investigation, written advocacy, and oral argument.
Outside of work, Bouchra is an active member of the Psi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, where she participates in service-focused initiatives centered on community support, equity, and women’s empowerment. Her commitment to service informs her professional approach and her dedication to mentorship and access within the legal profession.
