Biography
Brandon U. Campbell is an associate in the Miami, Florida, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Currently, he defends and counsels employers involving Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), non-compete, and whistleblower related matters.
Brandon served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Timothy J. Corrigan of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida in Jacksonville. He was a certified legal intern for the Office of the Public Defender in Gainesville, where he argued juvenile court cases and conducted depositions of key witnesses.
While attending law school, Brandon was the citation editor of the Southern Regional Black Law Students Association Law Journal and competed on Florida’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Team. After law school, he gained experience at a Jacksonville civil litigation firm focusing largely on labor and employment cases. While there, Brandon advised corporate executive clients on employment law related matters. He subsequently joined a defense firm representing insurance carriers and employers in both civil and employment litigation.
