Carina Zupa is an associate in the Long Island, New York office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Carina was an associate at a New York law firm where she represented municipalities and private clients in various labor and employment matters, including contract negotiations, labor arbitrations, and proceedings before the New York State Public Employment Relations Board. In addition, Carina has experience litigating employment disputes regarding discrimination, harassment, and retaliation before federal and state courts, as well as administrative agencies.

During law school, Carina was the executive affairs editor for the St. John University School of Law American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review.
