Carmen N. Huff is an associate in the Chicago, Illinois, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace disputes.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Carmen was an Ethics, Labor, and Employment Attorney for the U.S. Government where she defended an Agency before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB). She also advised and trained managers regarding employment matters such as discipline, performance, reasonable accommodations, telework, and Agency policies and procedures.

Carmen received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 2021. While in law school, she interned for the Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s Office, Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys with the U.S. Department of Justice, a judge in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, and a D.C. law firm practicing general litigation.

She received her Bachelor of Arts in journalism with a minor in business in 2014 and worked as an editorial assistant at The Knot wedding magazine in New York City.
