Cecilia J. Hong

Cecilia J. Hong is of counsel in the Orange County, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on aggressively representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Cecilia is a strategic litigator who represents employers in state and federal courts, arbitration, and before administrative agencies such as the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Civil Rights Department, and the Division of Industrial Relations, among others. She regularly engages in advice and counsel practice where she advises employers on issues including, but not limited to, employment contracts, performance management, employee discipline, terminations, and risk management services, including preventive training, to mitigate employer risk and avoid litigation.

Before Jackson Lewis, Cecilia practiced at full-service national law firms where she engaged in high-stakes litigation.

Cecilia is active in the Asian American legal and business communities and has served, and continues to serve, as a board member for various bar associations and non-profit organizations.
