Chad C. Butterfield

Chad C. Butterfield is of counsel in the Las Vegas, Nevada, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He represents employers in a broad range of employment matters arising under federal and state law, including claims involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Family and Medical Leave Act unfair competition and trade secrets matters, and matters involving state common law claims for wrongful discharge, breach of contract, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and intentional interference with contractual relations.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Chad was a partner at an AmLaw 100 law firm, where he represented clients in matters involving employment law and insurance coverage.
