Christian E. Pederson
Christian E. Pederson is an associate in the Grand Rapids, Michigan, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.
Christian is a member of the firm's Litigation practice group. He represents employers in various employment law and labor matters including claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation brought under Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, and the ELCRA.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Christian practiced in Grand Rapids, Michigan at a boutique litigation firm where he focused his skills on employment law, as well as commercial, business, and probate litigation matters.
During law school, Christian participated in the Sherman Minton Moot Court competition where he received Brief Writing Honors. Christian's student note, "The Impact of the Exhaustion of Rights Doctrine on Parallel Imports and International Trade", was published by the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies, where he served as a Notes Editor.
