Cooper Eisinger is an associate in the Miami, Florida, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Prior to joining the firm, Cooper completed two judicial clerkships. He served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Bronwyn C. Miller of Florida's Third District Court of Appeal and immediately before joining the firm, he served as a judicial law clerk for Magistrate Judge Jared M. Strauss of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Cooper is a graduate of Florida International University College of law where he was awarded the Dean's Scholar Scholarship, Excellence in Civil Engagement Medallion of Distinction, and was on the Dean's List for all eligible semesters. He also served as a senior staff member on the FIU Law Review and competed with the FIU Law Negotiation and Mediation Team. Cooper worked as a judicial intern to then Judge Ursula Ungaro of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
