Corey Stanton
Corey Stanton is an associate in the Charlotte, North Carolina, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. where he focuses his practice on employment litigation and workplace law matters. Corey represents employers in a wide range of employment disputes, drawing on his experience from both the plaintiff and defense perspectives to provide strategic, practical counsel.
Before joining Jackson Lewis, Corey spent more than five years with a plaintiff-side employment law firm, where he represented employees in complex workplace disputes. This experience gives him a comprehensive understanding of the legal and practical considerations that shape employment litigation. Corey has extensive experience handling wage and hour matters, including class and collective actions, as well as claims involving discrimination, retaliation, and other administrative agency proceedings.
Corey earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University.
Outside the office, Corey enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, spin cycling, and keeping up with his two children and mini Berne doodle.
