Daniela Lagunas Ambriz

Daniela Lagunas Ambriz is an associate in the San Diego, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Daniela’s practice focuses on litigation and assisting employers with allegations of wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, misclassification, wage and hour violations, and related issues. Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Daniela worked at a firm in downtown San Diego where she acquired hands-on litigation experience in employment, personal injury, and other matters.

During law school, Daniela competed in the Phillip C. Jessup Moot Court and was a member of the Moot Court Honors Board. She was also a judicial extern for both the Honorable Patricia D. Benke of the Fourth District Court of Appeal and the Honorable Anthony J. Battaglia, U.S. District Judge of the Southern District of California.

Daniela volunteered at the Legal Aid Society and the Community Law Project as an undergraduate, providing legal assistance to indigent residents of San Diego.

In her spare time, Daniela enjoys staying active and spending time with her family and dogs.
